У меня схожая ситуация с ноутом HP 250 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC
На 2 ноута HP поставил винду, корпоративную, но именно на этом ноуте некоторые драйвера неустановились и не подтянулись, хотя на другом даже БИОС обновился.
Так что ни тачскрин, ни звуковая карта, и другая переферия не работают
