Hello, this is also happening to me now, today is December 14, 2019. I ordered hp envy 360 15 touch during its campaign last december 03, 2019. it is past 10 days now and I received a mail saying thesame thing to wait .......
Update: 12 17 2019
I already called HP today and they set a date for delivery this week. I wait for it and update later...
