Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When pressing "Crtl + Alt + S" or "Crtl + Alt + Shift + S" shortcut the system information tab is shown. Is there a way to rebind this?

In Microsoft Office "Crtl + Alt + S" means save as, so everytime you press that keybind the system information is pulled up.

In InteliJ (from JetBrains)  "Crtl + Alt + Shift + S" means commit your changes in code.

For the version Windows 7 and below there is a fix: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00761879

But since Windows 8 and higher don't use shortcuts in there start menu, you can't reach the properties of that shortcut, like the solution for Windows 7 and below suggests.

Except from renaming the entire programs .exe file (which would stop the program form even working) is there a way to rebind or even disable the keybind?
