Product: probook 445
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP Probook 445, which freezes or restarts when I use it on battery, depending on the battery mode it takes more or less time. For example, if I put it in battery saver mode, it freezes or restarts almost instantly, but if I gradually increase the setting and put it in "better performance," it takes about half an hour to do so. If I set it to "maximum performance," it doesn't happen at all.
I'm not sure what it could be, it has the latest BIOS version, I changed the SSD and the Operating System, performed maintenance, but it's still the same. If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it ❤️
Ryzen 5600, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB Hynix SSD.
