Product: Z2 SFF G9 Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I purchased a new Z2 SFF G9 workstation in mid Nov and received it last week.
I keep getting "invalid serial number" error messages whenever I try to add this new purchase to my dashboard. I have checked the serial number on the bar code label and in the BIOS system info -- both are the same. When I started a support chat, I was forced to use the serial number for an older HP computer that I own, and did not get a resolution.
Since HP requires a valid serial number for any form of support, I am locked out.
HP: Please help.
