How do I replace the pickup roller for the above mentioned printer ?

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to replace rollers in Hp Officejet 4500  Printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

The rollers can not a customer replaceable part.

 

May I know, why do you want to replace the rollers?

Are you getting any error message on the printer?
