Battery replacement I ordered from a chat I had with an agent now my pc doesn’t detect it why?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you getting any error codes or messages regarding the battery?
  • Did you receive the battery from HP service or from the local service center?
