HP Recommended

So my wife had this laptop 2 years ago and now we wanna get it going again but can’t remember the login pin. It’s wondows 10. We wanna reset it but every time we go to do it there’s no reset option. I press f11 but there’s no reset option in troubleshooting. Please help us
