Product: HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to re-install the software on my laptop and in crashes towards the end. I bought the restore software thinking it was my disks. It wasn't the same thing happens with the HP software. I did upgrade the BIOS from the HP site. Could this be it and if so how do I fix it?

Which software do you wish to restore ? Where did you buy the restore software ?

I bought the restore disk from HP since I thought my copy was corrupted.  They both crash as they are expanding.
