Rubber feet not balanced (spectre x360)

Hi,

 

The upper rgiht rubber foot seems to be shallower than the other three, and it's quite annoying that when I place the laptop on a flat surface the bottom left and upper right corners turn into two ends of a seesaw.

 

Should I buy any kind of rubber feet on Amazon or send my laptop back to HP for a fix or just ask for a replacement?

 

My problem is, if I glue anything onto the foot, I feel like there's no perfection of this laptop anymore (though it's already not perfect), sad.

After reviewing your post, I would personally suggest you contact our HP phone support for further assistance. Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone numberCase number and phone number appear.
