Is it possible to shrink C partition on Oman 15-dc1877no 1TB ssd in 2 parts?
250gb its enaught for the Windowns partition?
Will it affect the laptop in anyway?
Or i should just install all on the Windows C partition?

Yes, you can give boot drive (ie C:) 250GB and the rest for other dive or drives using Disk Management in Windows 10
(a) Reduce C: to 250GB,
(b) Assign spare/un allocated space for other drive (or drives).
