SimplePass Chrome Extension

Is there a way to add the Chrome Extension to Simplepass.  I had used it for several years.  Early last week I had a Windows 10 update that seems to corrupt Simplepass.  I did an uninstall/reinstall, but unfortunately, Simplepass is no longer available as a Chrome extension.  Actually, I did the uninstall/reinstall several times.  After the initial one, the extension of available but Simplepass still has "issues."  I actually removed the extension from Chrome.  After that, it never reinstalled although I selected to add the Chrome extension when doing a reinstall.  Every time I try to add the extension, I'm directed to a URL that is not available -  http://store.softexinc.com/hp/chrome-extension/?lang=en-US.  This site is down for everyone.  I have the latest versions of Windows 10, Chrome, and Simplepass installed.  BTW, I always export my sites to a file.  If there's no solution for Simplepass, is there an alternate software that's compatible with Chrome?  If so, is there a way to migrate my saved sites (logon/password)?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

You must set up HP SimplePass before you can register any website accounts. Follow these steps to register a website account:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to a website where you have a password-protected account.

2. Log on with your username and password for the website account.

   

   An HP SimplePass screen displays.

3. Select an option for saving the website account information in HP SimplePass.

   • To save the website and log on information for this website account in HP SimplePass, click Yes.

     

     HP SimplePass displays the Remember this password? prompt each time you log on to a website account that is not registered in HP SimplePass.

   • To have HP SimplePass register this account, as well as automatically register your other website accounts:

     1. Click More options.

        

     2. Click Remember all sites.

        

        HP SimplePass registers each website account automatically, the next time you log on to a website account.
