Software and Drivers Support Page loading infinitely

Hello there, 

so i tried to download bios for my Notebook 15, but after i enter the serial number it goes to the software and drives page but it loads infinitely.

Are you using Microsoft Edge?

That is the preferred browser to use on the HP support site.

Your notebook's support page loaded just fine for me in a few seconds when I used Microsoft Edge.

Thank you, your screenshot helped me a lot, I mean that on the site after entering the serial number, I still had an endless loading, but when I entered the link address from your screenshot everything loaded
