Hello everyone ... those keys stopped working suddenly 3 days ago and I thought it was a hardware problem and went to an office to replace the keyboard but the same problem happened in the new one so he told me it's a software problem and advised to reinstall the windows ... I can't lose the data on the disk right now ( work files ) so is there any other solution to this ? I am using an external wired keyboard now and the keys works fine on it ... thanks in advance .

Hi @Turkie

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try these steps -

1) In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

2) Double-click Keyboards.

3) Right click on the keyboard drivers and click on uninstall.

4) Restart the computer.

Download and install the BIOS from this link

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
