Just looking for suggestions on what to try to get icloud for Windows to run/download on my laptop. It will download if saved, but neversuccessfilly runs. I get the verify installation package message every time, and the file never shows up in programs and features, or in the list for install/uninstall assistance. I am currently in a very involved collab with an awesome Apple tech, who is calling back this evening. In the meantime, I TRIED to get an answer from MS, who merely kept trying to get me to py a remote tec, in true scammer style. I just wanted a suggestion for things we might not have tried. Yes, this is off topic here, but someone may have a suggestion of where to go.I have 3 HP computers, and have gotten awesome, if actually topical help in here...so any ideas would be appreciated. This isn`t that important as I can access iCloud online, but I have the entire thing downloaded on my Pavillion 23 (win 8.1), and it is fantastic. I just want that experience on my newer laptop.   L

This is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers.
We have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.
For help with iCloud for Windows, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
