Spectre x360 volume button sticks in

spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So i purchased my brand new spectre x360 just 2 days ago.
I went to use it this morning and had noticed the volume tab was showing up on the top right.
I looked on the side and the button had stuck in, i used a pin to unstick it but now when i use the button it keeps sticking???
Anyone suggest anything ?

I understand you are facing issue with the volume button getting stuck on the notebook.

Was there any liquid spill or any induced damage on the computer?

 

The issue you are facing is a hardware issue. 

Request you to contact our phone support for any hardware service options available for your computer. 

Please follow the procedure mentioned below to contact our phone support. 

 

  • Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Enter Product number or select to auto detect
  • Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
  • Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.

Hi @Chimney_83

There was no liquids spilt at all, this has on come 3 days after.

Is there a replacement button as i have scrathed the button trying to un stick it...
