Hello. I sent in my registration for my 3yr Carepack for my Omen 17.3 laptop and my laptop is still showing as not having a warranty. Now I have a problem with the battery just 1yr after purchase. I'm trying to get support, but it is showing that my warranty expired. How can I get my 3yr Carepack registered to my laptop?

I see that you are facing warranty issues with your HP product wherein the Care Pack warranty date is not correct.
