I'm a university student, my laptop broke this January and I sent it to HP support. I was studying and suddenly a blue screen compared in front of me. It was written: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

And it says that the problem was caused by rtwlane.sys. Can someone help me understand the issue and how can I fix it.

Hi,

Can you provide the exact model or product number of the notebook. Here is how to find it

It seems that the Realtek Wifi driver is the problem. So you could try updating the driver through Windows or HP support assistant or find it on the support page for your machine.
