The problem with USB 3 in HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-p107ne

Pavilion 15-p107ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello
HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-p107ne - Windows 10 64Bit
But after three months he bought USB3 ports stopped working I changed even though it would not work on Windows
notebook cooler pad attached to it that I can not (I think not electricity)
Please advise me what I should do?

I grasp that your USB3 port was working previously but now it is not.  In the screenshot you provided I did not see any errors or Yellow warning icon that shows there might be a device problem,next to it. If you right click on the USB 3 in Device Manager and choose properties, does it state this device is working properly? Have you run the  HP Support Assistant ?   Have you done all your Windows updates?   Here is a link that may also help:

Usb3 driver update in the list of drivers for the laptop HP Pavilion - 15-p107ne not
Please update it to Windows 8.1 and 10 place
He is probably my problem

Thank you for the update.

 

When you ran the HP Support Assistant, it would have searched for any applicable drivers and software updates.  If none was found and your Windows is fully updated, then could try a restore back to before this issue occurred:

Next, you could try a refresh your PC:

Before contacting HP Support the last step would be to do a recovery back to factory settings:
