Hello,

I bough a HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14t-eu000, 14" on Sep 1st, 2024 because the advertisement said that it would arrived between 3-7 business days. That was perfect for me, because I'll be traveling in one week from now. However, when I check for my order status today, it says that the expected arriving date will be between Sep 16 and 20th, and that is unacceptable. I need to have my laptop to travel and work with it! Wednesday, Sep 11th, 2024.

Do you know who should I talk? I tried with the chat, but they can not guarantee that I will have my laptop when I need it. I also call the customer service, and an automatic assistant answered saying that it will arrive in 2-3 weeks. I just need them to hurry up, otherwise I can not work. What else should I do? Thank you.
