Envy Touchsmart m6 Sleekbook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi all!

My laptop recently forced an update and when it was done my touchpad was no longer working. I have tried double-clicking the left corner as well as searching 'mouse and touchpad settings'. When I do that under more options, what I have found is that I'm supposed to have a tab next to hardware for touchpad settings and I do not have that tab.

I have attempted every fix I can find on google and none of them have worked so far.

Any suggestions?

Touchpad issue after Windows update. Is that right?

Thank you for sharing the issue details. I would like to help you.

I recommend you to try performing the updates for the following hardware and check if that fixes the issue

Touchpad: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72088.exe

BIOS: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp76501-77000/sp76834.exe

Hope this helps. Let me know for more.
