Hello, so I want to trade in my laptop for the exact same laptop. It is about 3 years old, it is a and it works fine. It is a Hp envy 360 15 bq051nrIt starts good has all letters and everything works. I have the charger and it charges. Only problem is that it wont allow me to connect to my pen. I think it is just a problem with this laptop because I have used the pen on others and it works fine. It says online that it should work. I just want like, a price or something just to get the replacement. The warranty has been over for a while. I just want to trade this laptop in for another. I do not have the money for an upgrade. Thank you so much, please help!
