I have a Pavillion 15-cs1065cl. Using the HP Support Assistant I was able to download and install several updates (mostly HP). However, it would not install two Intel updates, even after several restarts:
1. Intel Chipset Package - version 10.1.17854.8100
2. Intel Serial IO Driver - version 30.100.1915.1
I also have the softpaq numbers for these updates if that would help. I have Windows 10 - version 1903, build 18362.295 - installed a few weeks ago. Any suggestions?

@RW280 Have you attempted to download these updates directly from the HP website, if not click here to visit the update and install the same, if you've done that and can't find the drivers online, the updates are not meant for your device, perhaps, you can tell us why you wish to update it, as most update are only installed to resolve certain issues on the device and are no mandatory.
