Hi there!

I just rcvd my new laptop and am having issues accessing my remote workstation.  I have downloaded Citrix Workstation, which is required.  Once I access my login page through my Company, I "Launch" my workstation.  Typically, by clicking Launch, this will automatically take me to my professional workstation.  On this new computer, when I click Launch, a box pops up and I see the name of the file, then Open and Save.  When I click OPEN, I see a blink, but it does NOT take me to the workstation.  Its as if a pop-up blocker is on order something, preventing it from opening.  Any wisdom is greatly appreciated.
