PURCHASED THE LAPTOP FROM COSTCO. WAITED AND FINALLY SET UP 2 WEEKS AGO. HAVE USED 5 TIMES AND DID NOT SET UP A PASSWORD. I RECEIVED A NOTICE TO UPDATE MY COMPUTER AND I SELECTED "DO IT NOW". SINCE THEN I AM UNABLE TO SIGN ON AS IT KEEPS ASKING FOR A PASSWORD. NEED HELP PLEASE
