Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi there,
My PC's all usb ports are USB 2.0. I was using Windows 10 and my usb ports were working. I formatted my PC(again Windows 10), but my usb ports not working now.
My Specs:
Windows 10 Home Single Language 64 bit
Intel Core i7-7500U
12GB RAM
PC Model: HP Laptop -15-ay104nt
Device Manager:

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Intel chipset installation utility, restart the PC and see if that gets the 2 USB 2 ports to work again.
