Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

None of USB ports in my Laptop are working. I think there is some Software issue and The requeire software had been deleted or something. Kindly help me to get the required software for USB ports.!

Try to clean ports, if it not work, verify USB in BIOS is enabled? If it not works too try open your laptop and verify USB ports not damaged. If all not works i mean the southern bridge of the motherboard is out of order-a special chip-controller responsible, including for the operation of the USB bus.
