I have the latest version of windows which is window 11 up to date .

From last few days I have been in trouble connecting with the USB port (3.0) of my HP ENVY X360 Convertible it isn't working.

It has this problem only at one side of the Notebook PC the other side is working properly in fact all other ports are working perfectly expect one of them. I have done all the research about the interior issues if there are some like from the control panel looked for all the issues of the drivers but haven't come to a result.

(1) Update BIOS

(2) Check your port with HP Diagnostics, see the following error example and solution:
