USB ports have stopped working

EliteBook Folio G1 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The two ports on my EliteBook Folio G1 Notebook PC have stopped functioning. They do not read any device connected to them. I suspect I need to reinstall the driver for these ports. But I don't know how.
