This morning, I opened up my laptop to start doing stuff. After a few minutes of being stuck on the login screen I restarted. Back in the login I figured out my keyboard was not working then logged in with the software keyboard. To fix it a followed a step by step process I read.
1. Unistall keyboard
2. Restart and have the PC fix itself.
(I tried other methods before this, updating didn't work, tried installing a driver but I installed some third party driver support).
Currently I am stuck on a chose option screen because it laptop couldn't fix it and my option are to either reset my laptop and lose all my apps and programs or used USB drive / windows recovery DVD. I don't want to have to reinstall all my programs. Please help.
