Hello!
I am trying to file a warranty dispute as I have an issue with my laptop that I'm hoping will be covered. When the laptop was purchased for me as a gift a couple of years ago, they also purchased a 3 year warranty plan.
I seem to have two separate issues. The first being that the care pack appears to have never been registered so my warranty is showing up as expired though it is not. And secondly, that when I try to file a warranty dispute I continually receive an Error 500 stating that Customer Support is unavailable. I have tried to file the dispute multiple times over a few different days and keep receiving the same error.
I'd appreciate any help as I love my laptop and would love to get things taken care of! 🙂

Hello!
Unfortunately I have followed those steps already which is what led me to this discussion board as I'm otherwise unable to connect with support without paying. Checking the warranty states that it has expired, though I know I have a three year care pack that it seems was never registered, hence why I'm trying to file the dispute. I have then tried on multiple occasions across multiple days, including this afternoon, to dispute the warranty following the instructions linked, but when I submit the dispute receive an 500 Error stating that Customer Support is unavailable.
I saw a previous post where it appeared an HP rep was able to email a link that will allow the form to submit? I'm unsure if that's a thing, but I'd really like to be able to file my claim and not be stuck on an error screen.
