I am attempting to setup a new laptop and I keep getting an error message when I try to login into my school account. It says error code 80180014 "A specific platform or version is not supported." I have tried all the troubleshooting ideas I could find and none have worked.

Do you know which software does your school uses ? Or are you trying to use Microsoft product ?
