Product: HP Pavilion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Computer: HP Pavilion 15
OS: Windows 8.1
Problem: Try create session on Oracle VM VirtualBOX and get errors: 1) Missing WinHvPlatform.dll in ../Win32/ directry (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE). 2) VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED
Searching by internet, it suggest me to 1) Enable Virtualization during BIOS time. 2) Disable Hyper-V Role through setting.
I need to know if the internet suggestion above will resolve my VirtualBox errors. If it is workable, my laptop wouldn't let me to access BIOS screen by 'Setting' then 'Recovery' then 'Advance Option'... Run into problem to download BIOS upgrade on HP Support Website.
