Hi Team,
Could you please help me on fixing Bluetooth Drivers issue. While trying to connect Bluetooth device getting 'Couldn't connect error. It seems Bluetooth drivers are missing. I am using Compaq 15-s009tu model notebook.
Thanks & Regards,
Venkat

Hi:
The parts list for your notebook indicates that it has a Ralink Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter:
Below is the link to the W10 Ralink BT driver for the Ralink Bluetooth.
MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver
11.0.761.0
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71572.exe
I just want to let you know that it probably won't work.
You can also watch this video and try the steps in the video to get the Ralink BT to work:

Thank you!! Paul for your response.
I Installed but getting "
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked." error.
PFA
Thanks & Regards,
Venkat

You're very welcome, Venkat.
The only suggestion I can offer if you installed the W10 driver, would be to uninstall the driver and try the method in the video to install the generic Bluetooth driver from W10's driver database.
Apparently the W10 driver no longer works with the newer builds of W10.
If that doesn't work, you will either have to replace the Ralink Wi-Fi adapter with one that works better on W10, or you can use a USB Bluetooth adapter.
Below is the link to the service manual.
If you want to replace the internal Wi-Fi adapter, you will have to let me know how many antenna wires are connected to the Raliink Wi-Fi adapter -- one or two.
Regards,
Paul
