Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d4000 (4C802AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Certainly have spent sometime going around & around in circles to seek some HP support for a newish device.

 

Chrome came pre-installed, and I have uninstalled and re-installed following its inability to start Chrome.

Hyperlinks do not work, and of course the only offered option is Edge.

 

Can someone kindly assist to tell me what is going on.
