Product: HP Pavilion dv7t-7000 CTO Quad Edition Entertainment Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Basically I am wanting to upgrade my laptop to windows 10. It cannot handle 11 so 10 will have to do. The problem is in order to do this I need to upgrade my Bios to 2020 bare minimum, otherwise windows 10 will not work. 

I have tried running the HP Support Assistant, and it says "There are no updates available."

 

Is there a way to type to a HP support agent? My laptop information is as follows 

Product name: HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC

BIOS (Configuration) F.29 – 10/03/2013

Processor name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz

Hi:

 

The newest BIOS HP has for your notebook is F.2E.

 

There is nothing newer that that one.
