In user manual hp mention only for AMD cpu not Intel cpu 10th gen, and also display type hp not mention for IPS LED display.

for user manual it's very difficult to find the details. (Ex : maximum ram support , M.2 or Nvme sata configuration , battery capacity and details, WiFi speed ,........... and somany things)

This is a first time I'm using the HP laptop. earlier I used Dell laptop but their user manual is very easy to understand everyghing.

the reason i ask the user manual because this Hp du1014tu consume too much of battery power because this screen is FHD ips led non touch screen and  sound also very very low.

I totally disappointed with Hp 15s-du1014tu.

It appears the HP has the wrong service manual linked to the support page.

 

That manual supports AMD notebooks from different model series.
