Pavillion 15-cw1507sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We currently have a Pavillion 15-cw1507sa laptop which is running Windows 10 home 64bit OS, with an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10GHz processor. There is 8GB RAM (5.92GB usable).

Currently we are running Zoom for meetings with a Host Licence of which when we try to put a Virtual Background up on Zoom it will not display it. Have used the same programme on iPad, and can place a virtual background with no problems. Can anybody answer the question as to why when using this brand new laptop and using Zoom it will not allow us to put a virtual background in the programme.

We would appreciate any help with this, Zoom support are not giving any assistance.
