Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought a new laptop on 23rd January 2021. When the laptop arrived the outer seal was already opened but inner seal was there (laptop was sealed but not box was). Everything works fine and looks new.

But when I generated battery report from command in windows 10 it shows

Full charge capacity to 37050mWh

Design capacity as 4104mWh

Also battery health report shows report of date 24-12-2020 too and of 23-01-2021.

Battery health : 90.3% (using software batteryinfoview)

Also when I opened temp folder files are there of date 24-12-2020

So my ques-

1. Is my laptop brand new or used?

2. Are these files in temporary folder are there by HP service during its setup?

3. Should I replace it or it is ok to keep this unit?
