Envy x360 13inch
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi I just bought HP Envy x360 13-ar0009AU in Indonesia.

I want to set up my sign in to this notebook using WIndows Hello Face.

But I can't click the set up button.

There's a statement like this: "This option currently unavailable. We couldn't find a camera compatible with WIndows Hello Face"

What should I do to use the Windows Hello Face to sign in on my notebook?

@trinitty
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

1. Press Windows Key + R then type control and hit Enter to open Control Panel. ( recommended by Fix Windows )

2. Click on Hardware and Sound then click on Power Options.

3. Then from the left window pane select “Choose what the power buttons do.

4. Now click on “Change settings that are currently unavailable.

5. Uncheck “Turn on fast startup” and click on Save changes.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
