I am wondering how my documents are showing up as WPS 97, I have purchased the University Office365 package and this should be functioning to open my documents in Word.  I am confused as to why this WPS has overpowerd my computer and will not open or edit documents.  How can I access through hp allinone to remove it?

 

When i open an email on the hp program, I open a document to either open or save, neither forms are sucessfully opening, it like opens the webpage to open the document and then constricts and doesnt open .

Hi,

 

From Word 1997 to Word 2003, Microsoft used *.doc but from Word 2007 to now Microsoft uses *.docx therefore when Word 365 sees *.doc files, it treats them as Word 1997 to 2003.

 

You can open old *.doc files under Word 365 to edit and save as *.docx files. Which HP program do you use to open email ? I have not heard such program from HP.
