Warranty Dispute

Hi,

I bought my laptop by last month only (display piece) and the warrenty has been expired within a week.

So that, I am trying to dispute the warranty status on my laptop, but keep getting the message "HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable"  Its been like this for some time.  When will it be fixed for me to be able to register my warranty? or How to register the warranty for my laptop?
