Hello
I brought pavilion 15 on November 14 from a local shop. But the warranty already started 2 months ago and it shows 10 months remaining.
It means the laptop was used and I got a used laptop or something else? Even though the laptop was siled and brand new.

I understand that you want to update the warranty, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to raise a warranty dispute to update the warranty.
