I called the nice and friendly and helpful tech support people in India today and they made me happy when they said that my warranty was updated and correctly shows ACTIVE according to the proof of purchase that I uploaded last week.  The person said their computer system shows that my warranty is ACTIVE until the end of December.  However, the computer online at the HP website and the USA computer system still shows that my warranty is EXPIRED.  Expired is incorrect,  and I need to take my computer to the nearest ubreakifix location but the workers won't do warranty work until this incorrect EXPIRED issue is corrected in the USA computer system.
