HP Notebook - 17-by1953cl
Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased my HP Notebook on 5/5/2020 and had a two-year warranty included with the purchase.  I went to check my warranty on the HP Support Page and it listed the Warranty as expired on 5/9/2021.  It is only providing me a one-year warranty that is now expired.  I have proofs of purchase with details listed included the 2-year warranties that are included but now HP is unable to take a look at this incorrect information.

I see you are looking to update the warranty on the HP Notebook to the correct date as it show out of warranty. I apologize for the Inconvenience.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.
