Hp pavilion dk0050tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a new hp pavilion gaming laptop dk0050tx model on 30th June From Amazon and I tried to open hp support assistant on 2nd July and it showed only 4 months warranty. On the website it's written 12 months then why here it's showing 4 months only?? Please help

It's showing that because the warranty start date is set at the factory when the PC is BUILT, not when it is SOLD.

 

You have to contact HP Support and register your PC to get the start date reset.
