The warranty start date for my brand new laptop is stated wrong. I have the proof of purchase with me so I would like to know if there is a way to correct this issue.

There are two ways to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.
1. Try submitting an online warranty dispute.
2. Contact a HP support agent to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.
