Pavilion Laptop 15-eg0000 (9WF72AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I go to the product website

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/product/hp-pavilion-laptop-pc-15-eg0000/35719379/model/38460939?sku=31Z...

to check the Software, Drivers and Firmware, I get the message 'We were unable to find drivers for your product'.  This has occurred since I installed the following:

Microsoft 2021-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1(KB5005565)

HP Software Component 1.36.2510.0

HP Firmware 15.20.0.0

Intel Extension 1.0.1921.0

(These were all shown in Windows Update)

Can you help solve this problem?

Hi,

If you click on the link select your operating system and the choose version 20H2 you will get the latest drivers provided.

It is usually an automatic process.

You can also let Windows find and update the drivers.

Hope it helps,

David

Many thanks.

Before I installed the listed updates, the link automatically showed all the drivers even though my Windows 10 version is 21H1 and is not on the drop down list.

Do you have any suggestions which of the listed updates is causing the problem.

Thanks

@Tiggy22

There are reports cropping up about the latest one -- KB5005565 -- although I have applied this to three PCs and not run into any problems.
