Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI, 

Have a HP Pavilion laptop, downloaded HP Smart Dashboard and clicked onto Advanced settings and notice all folders are locked by the administrator, I have never Locke these and cannot open them because I don't seem to have the correct password. 

Any advise would be welcome please.
