Webcam in Laptop (15s-eq0564ng) does not work

HP Recommended
HP 15s-eq0564ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Community,

on a HP - laptop (15s-eq0564ng) the webcam does not work.

The white light next to the camera is on.

Neither HP's own camera software nor skype show a recording of the webcam.

Tried so far:

Camera is turned on in privacy and allowed for skype / camera.

Driver reinstalled (from HP website)

Camera app reset

Camera reinstalled

camera added in firewall (incoming / outgoing, both allowed)

there is no hardware switch or function button for the camera

What else could I try ?

Greetings

Webmaus
